Abby and Stefan celebrated their marriage at the Huguenot Loft in downtown Greenville. This is a venue that I’m getting close to calling my second home! I have a number of weddings there this year, but I’m not complaining. Being in a historic building in the heart of downtown that’s right on the river–I’ll take that kind of wedding any day!

Abby and Stefan were so incredibly kind and gracious. Every single time I fixed Abby’s dress or commented on how beautiful she looked, she told me thank you. The bride’s dress gets fixed and fluffed a LOT throughout the wedding day, but she never missed an opportunity to say thanks. She even gave me a gift at the end of the night that included a sweet baby blue lovey blanket for Miles…I may have cried when I opened it! Abby, he already loves it SO much!

I’m grateful to have couples that are so trusting with my vision to capture their day, but Abby really paid me the best compliment when I arrived. Her bridesmaids were asking if I had a second shooter or assistant helping me, and she told them emphatically that “Jennifer doesn’t need one! I know she can cover the day all by herself!” Wow, thank you so much, Abby!! I hope you’ll be pleased with how I captured your beautiful wedding day, including all the happy tears, laughs, and special moments. It was an honor being your photographer!
Abby wore her mother’s bridal veil. It looked to be custom made from the lace on her own wedding dress, but it just matched THAT perfectly. It was definitely meant to be her special “something borrowed”!
