When Nick told Alli that he wanted to go walk around Clemson, she got suspicious that a proposal may be on the horizon. But her sister was such a good actress and pretended to get mad that he hadn’t told HER about a proposal, so that threw off Alli’s intutions. So, the day came for their date in Clemson where they walked, had lunch, and made one last stop before heading back to Greenville. Nick pulled up to the dikes and said he had a reason for bringing her there that day. Of course, Alli immediately started crying! They walked over to the rowing dock and Nick got down on one knee, proposing with a perfect ring which he had kept in a Ziploc bag all day!! To make the day even sweeter, they stopped at Victoria Valley Vineyards on the way home. Alli was surprised once again when she went down the cellar stairs to find her friends and family all there to celebrate with them. Nick, you get an A+ in my book for an awesome proposal!!

When it came time for their engagement session, Victoria Valley Vineyards was the perfect choice. You have to check out all the fall colors too! Seriously, those first two weeks of November were really showing out! The real stars of the session were Alli and Nick though. They skipped the whole awkward feelings and went straight to having fun. Brides and grooms, that’s what is going to get you the best photos! Laugh with each other, snuggle in, whisper jokes in each others ears, and enjoy the session. It will show your true personalities and make it much more fun for us all! I can’t wait to get these two in front of my camera again next August!
