Caroline and Jake’s Old Cigar Warehouse wedding was blazing hot, but that didn’t stop their family and friends from dancing the night away to celebrate these two becoming husband and wife.
Being a wedding photographer allows me to be a part of all the behind the scenes moments. I get to hear all the stories that the bridesmaids are sharing about their friend while they get ready, see the parents quietly watching with pride throughout the day, and be the first one to say “Congratulations!” to the couples as they walk back out of the ceremony. It’s a special job, and one I don’t take for granted.
Jake and Caroline did not see each other before their ceremony, so I got to hear both of their families separately gushing over who their child was going to spend their life with. Caroline said her grandfather, who was known to be protective of her, adored Jake from the very beginning. Caroline also asked Jake’s mom to help her get ready, which she said was such a touching moment for her. It was a day full of heartfelt family moments, and I was so honored to capture it all.
Caroline and Jake, thank you for letting me be a part of your journey! Enjoy some of my favorites from their Old Cigar Warehouse wedding.
