What’s better than a Biltmore engagement?? I’ll tell you…getting adorable couples like Shelley and Tommy to photograph there! After our first phone conversation, I knew that they would be the ideal JSP couple and I was right! I had the best time getting to know their story while we walked the grounds of the estate for their engagement session.

Shelley and Tommy’s dating anniversary is on September 11, and it just so happens that falls on a Saturday this year. While this date also holds a somber remembrance for America, this couple decided to celebrate their story and choose it as their wedding anniversary too. It also worked in their favor since I had that date still open!

I cannot wait to celebrate with these two in September, and until then, enjoy some of my favorites from their beautiful Biltmore engagement session!                                                   

Shelley said they are much more comfortable in jeans and t-shirt, but brought this fancy outfit too. I said let’s go for it because it fits the setting so well, and I’m so glad they did!
