I’ll admit…for the most part, I have resisted photographing anything but weddings. I’ve found my niche and I like it there. BUT, I’d say in the past year or so, my heart has been changing on that. Weddings are beautiful, emotional, fun, and after doing this for 10 years, I know how to handle pretty much any situation. I’ve felt that photographing families would be too stressful, more unpredictable, and possibly chaotic. Um, weddings are exactly that too, right? As I continued to go back and forth on offering family sessions, I realized that the tagline for my business IS “these moments are our legacy”. There are SO many more legacy moments than just the wedding day, so why wouldn’t I continue to offer that to my couples? So, here it is, if you are a past JSP couple, I would LOVE to continue to capture your legacy in photos. Whether that’s anniversary sessions, maternity, baby, family, and so on. I would be so honored to be your photographer for life.

Cori and David are a JSP couple from last year and are expecting a sweet baby boy in just a couple months. I had the best time catching up with these two and talking all things baby. They are so excited to welcome little Alton into the world, and I can’t wait to meet him soon too!
