As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing love stories unfold against various beautiful backdrops. Jessica and Jason’s wedding day included two of my favorites. Their ceremony took place atop Glassy Mountain in the charming chapel with panoramic views of the valley, and the reception was at the breathtaking Hotel Domestique in Travelers Rest. It was a day filled with unforgettable moments against the backdrop of stunning southern landscape.
Despite the sweltering August heat in South Carolina, love filled the air. The couple exchanged vows, and their joy is evident in every moment captured. Guests enjoyed an outdoor reception, dancing under the stars and twinkling cafe lights. The sparkler exit marked the end of a beautiful day, leaving memories of love and celebration that will last a lifetime.
As I packed up my camera gear at the end of the night, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for being a part of such a special day. Capturing the love and joy of couples like these is what makes being a wedding photographer truly rewarding. I hope you enjoy some of my favorite photos and reliving their Hotel Domestique wedding day!
