Julie and Troy have got to be my most chill and laidback couple this year, maybe in several years! They had absolutely no stress and just wanted to enjoy their day with friends and family. It was beautiful! I started the day with Julie at Troy’s parents’ house where the girls got ready. Then, since it was an early Catholic service, we went straight to the church to start the ceremony. Their small wedding party consisted of just their siblings, so they decided to stick with only family photos after the ceremony rather than a ton of wedding party. This meant we got to use more time for their bride and groom portraits, which you know I loved!
The reception was held at Troy’s grandparents’ gorgeous private estate. K.Elizabeth Events did an amazing job designing and transforming the grounds into an English garden party, and a Mariachi band greeted the guests into cocktail hour (a nod to Troy’s heritage). All weddings are special, but this one was truly a breath of fresh air. Julie and Troy, I can’t thank you enough for letting me be a part of it! Enjoy some of my favorites from this beautiful wedding day!
