Ryan and Sonya met one night out in Charlotte. She was with friends at a bar and happened to be talking to another guy she knew from college. Ryan walked in and went right up to her, interrupting the other guy, so he could get her number. She appreciated the bold move and gave him a chance. He texted the next day and they set up a date that night. Needless to say, that date went well! Two years later, he proposed on the same day the closed on their new home. He took her to the house and had filled their room with hundreds of balloons, tealight candles, and beautiful flowers. She instantly knew what was about to happen! Recalling that day, she said it was the best first memory to have in their new home together.

We met at Bald Rock for their engagement session and had the most beautiful day together. They are such a stunning couple, and made my job so easy! I cannot wait to get these two in front of my camera again for bridals and then wedding day photos. Enjoy some of my favorites from this Bald Rock engagement!

I LOVE a good champagne spray! It’s a great way to add some fun and celebration to your session. Not to mention, a glass of champagne may loosen up the nerves that may come with getting photos taken!
