Always up for an adventure here, so when Kasey said they wanted to have a Black Balsam Knob engagement session, I was totally on board! This was my first time here, and together, we learned a lot about shooting in this location. Like where to park, that all the greenery was delayed, and sunset is very late. Also, if the weather says a breezy 65 degrees for that area, prepare for it to be super windy and freezing. Y’all, it was COLD and we were totally not prepared! Towards the end of the session, my jaw was locked shut from shivering. I know Kasey was almost an icicle! SO thankful that they toughed it out with me!

But mostly, I learned that Kasey and Alec are the sweetest couple! Alec has the best “dad” jokes that kept us laughing the whole time. And Kasey managed to look so flawlessly beautiful through the frigid temps. I can’t wait to celebrate with these two next March! 

Oh my word, Kasey, you are STUNNING!
