Ashlee and Andrew met through mutual friends in high school, and actually went to Junior Prom together too! They lost touch after high school, but their story obviously didn’t end there. They finished college and both ended up moving back to Greenville, then ran into each other downtown one night. They reconnected over drinks and a first date came shortly after.

These two love to travel and have had some amazing adventures together. They took up hiking during Covid and went on a multi-day backpacking trip on Yosemite. While they were at Half Dome, he surprised her with a proposal! Can you believe he was hiking with a diamond ring in his pocket the whole time!? She said it was the perfect engagement, and then they went back to camp and celebrated over ramen noodles. I just love that!

Ashlee and Andrew have dated for ten years now, so their wedding day will be a highly-anticipated celebration. I had the best time photographing their Greenville engagement session, and still can’t believe we bypassed the rainstorms that day! I can’t wait to have them in front of my camera again in October at Avenue!
