With all the unexpected changes the world has faced this year, Megan and Causey have opted to embrace it all and do things a little differently for their wedding day. They are having a private ceremony over the weekend in the Highlands at Old Edwards Inn, and then bringing everyone together next May for a larger reception celebration in Greenville. It may not be the traditional way to have a wedding, but I have to admit that I LOVE this plan. They get to stretch out the wedding excitement and fun even longer!

We got together at Hotel Domestique to photograph their engagement portraits. Causey was a groomsman in a past wedding (hi, Tresco and Katie!) so he was familiar with being in front of the camera with me. He was able to help Megan get up to speed and we all had such a good time on this gorgeous fall day! I can’t wait to see them again in May along with all of their family and friends. Enjoy some of my favorites!
