Talk about a great way to start spring wedding season! Haley and Kurt’s beautiful downtown wedding absolutely blew me away. We started the day at Haley’s mother’s house where the girls were getting ready. I drove up to the address and literally said out loud “WOW!”. This amazing craftsman house is part of the National Register of Historic Places. Seriously, can I please photograph ALL my brides getting ready here?!

The wedding ceremony and reception continued at Wyche Pavilion where everyone ate, drank, and danced the night away. Haley and Kurt, thank you for sharing your day with me! Best of luck to you two!

  

Haley wore her mother’s veil from the 70s. I had never seen anything like it and thought it was the perfect bridal piece to complete her look.

Haley also wore her grandmother’s add-a-diamond bracelet. She pulled at my heartstrings when she told me that they could only put in the first diamond before she passed away. I think keeping one diamond in it is a beautiful reminder that her grandmother was one-of-a-kind.

Haley got dressed and ready in her childhood room. What a special memory she will have now!

I swear I didn’t enhance her eyes…they are really that blue! Gorgeous!

    

The pavilion was set for the reception when we arrived and I was so happy to get these detail shots before the guests filled it up! LOVE those long farm tables!

I thought the light coming through the bottles was so pretty. Ha!
