On their wedding day, we made sure to give Kendal a special moment with all her loved ones starting as a First Look with her bridesmaids. Then came her dad and brother, her grandmother, and lastly Jackson. I think his reaction may be my favorite First Look moment I’ve ever witnessed. He was almost brought to his knees when he saw his bride! Encouraging time for this was the best way to relieve some of the nerves and resolve emotions together rather than during the ceremony.
Before we started wedding party portraits, Kendall’s 100-year-old great-grandmother also arrived. What a gift to have four generations of women together in one place! This sweet woman is so cherished by her family, and it was one of Kendall’s biggest wishes to have her there that day.
Kendall and Jackson, your whole day was a dream and filled with so many precious memories. It’s been an honor photographing the start of your lives as husband and wife! Enjoy some of my favorites from this beautiful Heyward Manor wedding day.
