Sometimes it’s nice to switch up the scenery and try something new. I had the chance to photograph Melissa and Daniel’s engagement session in Columbia, and it was just what I needed to refresh my photographer’s eye. This adorable couple has been together for eight years and got engaged on the same day that Daniel graduated from law school. What a awesome day of celebrating two major life milestones!

Melissa and Daniel, I had so much fun exploring the State House and getting to know you better, including our love of trash reality TV (haha!). I can’t wait for your wedding next June!
