Jess and Tyler’s wedding day at Aurora Farms was the kind of celebration that instantly lifts your spirits the moment you arrive. The white barn was the perfect backdrop for their vision: colorful, joyful, and completely true to who they are.

From the very beginning, Jess and Tyler knew they wanted a wildflower-inspired design that was bright, cheerful, and fun. And thanks to the incredible florals and work from Pug Patch Farm, their dream came to life in the most beautiful way. Every bouquet and arrangement felt like it had just been gathered from a vibrant summer meadow, bursting with color, texture, and personality. Photographing those details was an absolute dream.

But as stunning as the design was, my favorite moment of the day had to be their choreographed first dance. It began slow and romantic, the two of them swaying together as if no one else was in the room. Then, the music shifted. What followed was an epic mashup of dance hits that completely surprised their guests and brought the house down. The crowd was on their feet, cheering, clapping, and begging for more. It was pure joy, and the kind of moment you just can’t stage, only celebrate.

Jess and Tyler’s day was a reminder that weddings don’t have to fit into one box. They can be colorful, playful, wildly fun and deeply meaningful all at once. And I’m so grateful I got to document every vibrant second.
