Temps are starting to cool down and it’s feeling like fall lately, but Catie and Andrew’s Furman engagement session this summer was the opposite! We originally planned to go to the NC Arboretum for their session because that’s where Andrew proposed, but rain was on the forecast and we were worried about getting washed out. We changed plans and used Furman instead, which was a great compromise because Catie went to college there AND the Shi Institute on campus gave us some arboretum vibes. We got lucky with clear skies here, but on the down side, it felt like 100 degrees and 100% humidity! Thankfully, Catie and Andrew didn’t let that phase them as we made the best of our evening together.

I can’t wait to have them in front of my camera again this November for their wedding at the AC Hotel! Enjoy some of my favorites from their hot summer Furman engagement session!
