Kristie grew up being best friends with Drew’s sister, Gracie (another beautiful JSP bride!). She would see him when they were around Gracie’s family, but didn’t really talk to him until they were in college. He texted her out of the blue one day, and she said she remembers it vividly because her first thought was: “What would Gracie think if she was talking to her brother?!” Thankfully, her best friend fully supported the relationship! So, now that Kristie is joining Drew’s family, Gracie will also become her SISTER! What could be better than that?

I met up with Kristie and Drew at the home of a family friend in the country. We hopped in their Side-by-Side and took to the woods making our way down to the Enoree River. We were just about to bring their little dog, Lieu, into the photos when we saw (what we thought) was a wolf standing in the middle of the river! Turns out it was just a husky from a nearby home, but it gave us a good laugh and lightened the mood to continue the session. Once again, I felt like I was spending the afternoon with old friends. Kristie and Drew, I’m so glad you’re a part of the JSP family, and can’t wait for your wedding in May!
