Bridget and Matt’s wedding day reminded me so much of my own! First, it was set in November with beautiful weather. They also chose to have a smaller guest list. And lastly, they did not have a wedding party! Bradley and I made the same decision and while it got us some crazy looks when we talked about it, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I DO love a fun wedding party, but we really wanted to focus on time spent with each other on our wedding day. I knew that those were the portraits I’d want to hang all over our home. Bridget and Matt did the same thing and they got SO MANY portraits to choose from. We did their First Look by the Huguenot, then walked around the building taking our time and soaking up the day. There was no rush, no stress, and all smiles. We even had time for more portraits after their ceremony. It was such a delight to have such laid back timing!
Bridget and Matt, I truly loved working with you and your families. I hope you enjoy looking through this gorgeous Wyche Pavilion wedding day!
Check out the amazing sunset that happened during their cocktail hour! I love these dance photos with their parents watching them behind.
